What we get asked first.

Do my guests need an app?

No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — already on the phone. No download, no account, no sign-up.

What if I cancel?

Cancel monthly, no notice-period drama. You can export your programme data — it’s yours.

Is my guests’ data safe? And the GDPR?

The cards are pseudonymous: no names, no email addresses, no phone numbers. You only ever see anonymous totals, never individuals. The data is EU-hosted (Frankfurt/Nuremberg); we are the controller, not you.

Does it work on Android?

Yes — both wallets, iPhone and Android. (The card showing up on the lock screen when someone walks past your shop is a bonus on iPhone only — and not guaranteed even there.)

What does it cost my guests?

Nothing. For your guests the card is free — forever.
